Аннотация

Детальный анализ современных подходов немедикаментозного лечения фибрилляции предсердий. Рассмотрены этапы развития хирургического лечения фибрилляции предсердий на открытом сердце от операции изоляции левого предсердия до операции «Лабиринт». Прослежена эволюция катетерных технологий, начиная с фульгурации атриовентрикулярного соединения до применения систем трехмерного электроанатомического картирования. Отдельное внимание уделено торакоскопическим вмешательствам и гибридному подходу в лечении пациентов с персистирующей формой фибрилляции предсердий. Приведены данные по новым технологиям лечения фибрилляции предсердий.
