Abstract

Despite significant achievements in the field of diagnosis and treatment of Ischemic heart disease (IHD), it remains one of the main causes of morbidity, early disability and mortality among the adult population. Currently, there is no exact answer to the questions of the period and degree of recovery of the hibernated myocardium, depending on the chosen treatment method. The article demonstrates the analysis of perfusion-functional States of the LV myocardium by ECG-gated single-photon emission computed tomography (gated-SPECT) in the nearest and remote periods after correction of coronary blood flow by direct revascularization and the YurLeon.
