Abstract

The article proposes the innovativeness of intraoperative bypass angiography in improving the results of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) at the stage of experience of the National Medical Research Center of the A.N. Bakulev Cardiovascular Surgery Center for 2023. The study involved 814 patients who were prescribed 1754 coronary bypass grafts. The main emphasis is on the detection and correction of bypass dysfunctions, such as occlusions, stenoses and kinks, which improves hemodynamics and long-term results of the surgery. The introduction of intraoperative bypass angiography in 2009 significantly reduced the number of dysfunctions, as a result of which this method is used in the CABG protocol. The results confirm the need for early diagnosis and correction of bypass grafts to prevent recurrent angina and rehospitalizations.

Keywords: intraoperative angiography, coronary bypass surgery, venous grafts.
