Аннотация
Травмы паренхиматозных органов, затрагивающие высоковаскуляризированные органы, такие как печень, селезенка или почки, представляют собой серьезнейшую проблему в хирургической практике, прежде всего из-за их склонности к опасным для жизни кровотечениям, сложной тканевой архитектуры и восприимчивости к инфекциям. Использование биологических полимеров в роли гемостатических агентов имеют определяющее значение как для остановки кровотечения, так и для улучшения процессов регенерации тканей. Препараты на их основе высоко востребованы и интегрированы в военную медицину, гражданскую неотложную помощь, хирургические вмешательства, а также используются при лечении хронических ран. Сшитые хитозан-коллагеновые системы стали прорывным решением в вопросе гемостаза при повреждениях паренхиматозных органов.
