Аннотация
Изучены статьи, опубликованные за период с 2011 по 2025 гг., в которых рассматривались технические аспекты, непосредственные и отдаленные результаты применения микроволновой абляции (МВА) с целью деструкции первичных и вторичных злокачественных опухолей печени, сравнительная оценка различных методик термодеструкции. В ходе ознакомления с результатами исследований установлено, что применение МВА для деструкции вторичных опухолей печени позволяет достигать схожих результатов лечения с хирургическими вмешательствами и расширяет возможности радикального хирургического лечения у соматически отягощённых пациентов.
