Аннотация

Колоректальный рак (КРР) является четвертым по частоте заболеваемости и третьим по частоте смертности от онкологических заболеваний в мире. Его частота заболеваемости КРР увеличивается с возрастом. По данным литературы коморбидность увеличивает риск осложнений хирургического лечения КРР (так, по некоторым данным частота несостоятельности анастомоза у больных с коморбидными заболеваниями увеличивается на 82%, а также отмечается увеличение 30-дневной послеоперационной летальности в первые 30 суток до 6,0%). В связи с этим необходимо вырабатывать определенные подходы (всестороннее обследование больных на дооперационном этапе, решение вопроса о формировании первичного анастомоза и превентивной кишечной стомы) к профилактике послеоперационных осложнений у данной группы пациентов.
