Abstract

The paper presents a clinical observation of the successful treatment of a patient with compartment syndrome developed against the background of phlegmon shoulder. Original methods for diagnosing and treating compartment syndrome and preventing myofascial dysfunction were used, which made it possible to obtain good treatment results both in the early and late postoperative periods.
