Abstract

Indicators of screening diagnostic methods are widely used to assess the hemostasis system in surgical patients. The introduction into practice of integral (global) methods for assessing the hemostasis system makes it possible to evaluate various aspects of the formation of a venous clot. The paper analyzes the indicators of “local” and “global” methods of diagnostics of the hemostasis system in surgical patients with a low risk of venous thromboembolic complications after surgical interventions in a polyclinic. The data obtained allow us to confirm the high sensitivity of the thrombodynamics test to assess the risk of venous thromboembolic complications in this group of patients.

Keywords: hemostasis system, thrombodynamic test, risk of thromboembolic complications, personalized prevention program.
