Аннотация

В данном литературном обзоре рассматриваются основные исследования, сравнивающие непосредственные и отдаленные результаты аортокоронарного шунтирования и чрескожной коронарной ангиопластики (транслюминальной баллонной ангиопластики, стентирования коронарных артерий голометаллическими стентами) у больных с ишемической болезнью сердца. С началом XXI века закончилась эпоха транслюминальной баллонной ангиопластики и голометаллических стентов и началась эра стентов с лекарственным покрытием. Исследования этой эпохи не только доказали эффективность и безопасность методик рентгенэндоваскулярной хирургии, выделив ее в самостоятельное направление реваскуляризации коронарного русла наравне с кардиохирургией, но также изменили и кардиохирургическую практику лечения этих пациентов.
