Abstract

A clinical observation of a patient with bladder stones due to a long-term diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia is presented. The peculiarity of this clinical case lies in the simultaneous surgical intervention of both the main diagnosis and the complication of the main one. A multidisciplinary approach to solving this situation helped to avoid the repeated implementation of large operational benefits. Thanks to this, the patient underwent a rehabilitation course in the shortest possible time and returned to his usual way of life.

Keywords: urology, benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder stones, transurethral laser ablation of the prostate, cystolithic extraction.
