Аннотация

Представлен обзор современных и ретроспективных тенденций в лечении пациентов со спазмом коронарных артерий при ЧКВ и открытых операций на сердце. Применяемые лечебно-диагностические алгоритмы не всегда позволяют решить вопрос о спазме коронарных артерий. Поиск путей уменьшения частоты спазма коронарных артерий является приоритетной задачей. В обзоре рассматриваются частота и факторы развития спазма коронарных артерий, применяемые методы профилактики и лечения.

Ключевые слова: спазм коронарных артерий, ишемическая болезнь сердца, острый коронарный синдром с подъемом сегмента ST.
