Аннотация

Антиагреганты значительно снизили смертность и заболеваемость ИБС, нарушениями мозгового кровообращения, артериальной недостаточностью нижних конечностей. Поэтому антиагреганты являются важной частью оптимальной медикаментозной терапии у таких пациентов. Ацетилсалициловая кислота остается наиболее часто рекомендованным лекарственным препаратом, особенно для профилактики тромботических осложнений. Клопидогрел является альтернативой ацетилсалициловой кислоте, а также важным компонентом двойной антитромботической терапии при баллонной ангиопластике и стентировании. Тиклопидин не используется в практике согласно клиническим рекомендациям из-за многочисленных побочных эффектов и разработки более безопасных и эффективных антагонистов P2Y12 рецепторов.
