Recently, there has been a high efficiency of results after vitreoretinal surgery, which is an urgent task. However, there are a number of complications from which secondary glaucoma arises. The analysis of surgical treatment of 18 patients (18 eyes) with secondary glaucoma after vitreoretinal surgery using the technique of gonio-associated trabeculotomy was performed in order to assess the effectiveness and safety.
