Abstract

presented is clinical observation of a patient with cutaneous leishmaniasis of maxillofacial area. The features of the symptoms of the disease made a malignant tumor suspect. However, suspicion of the parasitic nature of the pathology made it possible to verify the diagnosis and conduct specific treatment with a satisfactory result.
