Abstract

The article lays down the pedagogical experience of Professor K.I. Myshkin, a remarkable surgeon, whose methods of medical specialists’education are still valid in the modern educational space of higher medical education. The authors remember with gratitude their teacher, physician and educator, who brought up a large number of highly qualified specialists who later became talented surgeons and heads of departments of the Saratov State Medical University n.a.V.I.Razumovsky. The pedagogical methods of interactive teaching, solving treatment problems and a differentiated approach to the process of becoming physicians applied by K.I. Myshkin are analyzed. The authors note the surgeon’s developed communication skills and impeccable personal qualities. Particular attention is paid to the attitude of K.I. Myshkin to the latter methods of treatment and diagnostics, his ability to stay ahead of the development of medical science and see promising ways of working. The authors draw conclusions about the contribution of Professor K.I. Myshkin in the process of organized socialization in the interest of the individual and society.
