Abstract

А clinical case of prosthetics of the internal carotid artery in a patient with a variant of the Willis circle is presented. The possibility of performing an intervention using a temporary shunt and the effectiveness and safety of the operation when using neuromonitoring are shown.

Keywords: carotid artery stenosis, carotid artery prosthetics, intraoperative neuromonitoring, temporary shunt.
