Аннотация

На сегодняшний день фибрилляция предсердий является наиболее распространенной аритмией сердца. Распространенность этого заболевания в общей популяции составляет около 1–2% и, вероятнее всего, будет увеличиваться в ближайшие 50 лет. Фибрилляция предсердий сопровождается увеличением частоты развития инсульта и других тромбоэмболических осложнений, развития сердечной недостаточности, частоты госпитализации, ухудшением качества жизни, снижением толерантности к физической нагрузке. Невысокая эффективность лечения персистирующей формы фибрилляции предсердий, частые рецидивы после интервенционного лечения обуславливают поиски оптимального варианта лечения. В статье рассматриваются основные варианты радиочастотной катетерной абляции по поводу персистирующей формы фибрилляции предсердий, а также способы профилактики ранних рецидивов фибрилляции предсердий. Влияние антиаритмической терапии на профилактику ранних рецидивов фибрилляции предсердий после катетерной абляции. Возможность оценки эффективности антиаритмической терапии в зависимости от эффективного рефрактерного периода левого предсердия.
