Abstract

The article describes the modified technology of retrograde transvenous ethanol ablation for the treatment of refractory ventricular arrhythmias. This method differs from the previously published fractional repeated administration of ethanol in order to create a stable reduction of arrhythmogenic myocardium.

Keywords: ethanol ablation, catheter ablation, ventricular arrhythmias.
