Abstract
The article is focused on the current issues of the conclusion and the execution of drug supply contracts. Particular attention is paid to the rules of the conduct of claim work by customers. The authors studied the problems of interaction between medical organizations and drug suppliers in case of interruptions in the supply of medicines. The authors emphasize the need to amend the legislation of the Russian Federation of the contractual system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs. Proposed amendments will allow to organize the planning of procurement, warehousing and logistics activities, deliveries under contracts depending on the actual needs of customers - medical organizations more effectively.
