Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of literary data on the analysis and structure of published clinical data, and then to describe various ways of assessing the severity of the patient taking into account comorbidity in various cohorts of patients. In the following, a brief analysis of the available scales and indices in approximation and comparison of data in surgical patients was performed on the available material.

Keywords: comorbidity, surgical diseases, severity estimates.
