Аннотация

Рассматриваются основные этапы эволюции стентов с лекарственным покрытием, наиболее крупные рандомизированные клинические исследования, сравнивающие результаты аорто-коронарного шунтирования и стентирования больных с ишемической болезнью сердца, показывается изменение критериев реваскуляризации коронарного русла.

Ключевые слова: ишемическая болезнь сердца, аортокоронарное шунтирование, стентирование коронарных артерий, стент с лекарственным покрытием, реваскуляризация коронарного русла.
