Abstract

The increasing number of patients of working age with trophic ulcers of the lower extremities, and difficulties in diagnosing the causes of their development determine the relevance of the study of atypical cases of management of such patients. This article discusses the features of the course of polyneuropathy debuted with trophic disorders. The assessment of tactics of management of the patient is given, recommendations on management of patients with similar pathologies are developed, namely: obligatory careful collection and the analysis of anamnesis of life, alertness concerning a possible atypical course of many diseases, in particular, full neuropathy, the maximum expansion of diagnostic search.
