Abstract

Surgical treatment of neuromuscular spinal deformities performed using dorsal and ventral techniques and by correcting polysegmental fixation of the spine. As a result of surgical correction of scoliosis in this group of patients improve balance the body, prevents the progression of spinal deformity and rib cage and improves self-service patients.

Keywords: surgery, neuromuscular scoliosis, correction and fixation of the spine.
